GTA IV / EFLC Missing texture, lag fix.

Missing building models on GTA IV? lags on ur pc?
Try my way!

First this is my Laptop Spec:
ASUS X43U
O.S : Win7
Proc : 1 GHz
RAM : 1GB
Vid card : ATI RADEON HD 6250M

*First of all, make ur windows looks like WIN98

-Right Click My Computer
-Click Properties
-Click Advanced System Setting
-Click "Setting" on Performance group
-Click Adjust for best performance
-Click Apply

*Then, Make a Large Pagefile on your harddisk, depend on your Hard disk Size

-Still on Performance option windows, click Advanced
-Click Change
-Click costum size
-Follow my setting

-Click Set
-Click OK

*Next Downgrade Your GTA IV

-Download this file http://adf.ly/AHC6D to downgrade your GTAIV only! not EFLC
-And try this on EFLC/GTAIV http://adf.ly/AHCej
-Install XLIVELESS on EFLC/GTAIV http://adf.ly/AHCpD
-Shader model 2 downgrade http://adf.ly/AHCxE
-Shader model 1 downgrade http://adf.ly/AHD1N
-If Link doesn't work, please download SwiftShader http://www.mediafire.com/?39qbcdo74ji3l25
-And open commandline.txt on ur GTAIV/EFLC Rootdir
-Change with this

*Next for additional download PORTABLE GOOGLE SKETCHUP 8 and open it, then close it, and it`ll make ur pc more smooth. *I don`t know how it works, but it really works for me....
